📋 Course Overview

True leadership doesn't start with a title — it starts with the habits, character, and conviction built long before anyone is watching. This course is built on the biblical model of servant leadership (Mark 10:45) and equips students with the practical tools to live it out: personal habit systems that actually stick, time management rooted in Ephesians 5:16, emotional intelligence for hard conversations, a personal vision statement, and a 90-day goal framework. Students in grades 6–12 grow together, with depth naturally increasing by maturity — because character development is a lifelong journey, and it starts now.

📚 Course Units — 7 Units · 32 Weeks

• 🧱 Unit 1 (Wks 1–4): Foundation of Personal Responsibility — Ownership, accountability, and the beginning of change
• ⚖️ Unit 2 (Wks 5–8): Character & Integrity — Who you are when no one's watching; biblical integrity
• 👑 Unit 3 (Wks 9–13): Leadership Foundations — Servant leadership, influence, and leading without a title
• 🗣 Unit 4 (Wks 14–16): Communication & Relationships — Words, presence, listening, and hard conversations
• 🧠 Unit 5 (Wks 17–20): Emotional Intelligence & Resilience — Managing emotions, bouncing back, and leading through difficulty
• 🎯 Unit 6 (Wks 21–24): Vision, Goals & Decisions — Personal vision statement, 90-day goal framework, decision-making skills
• 🌍 Unit 7 (Wks 25–32): Leading in Your World — Leading at home, school, and community; capstone leadership project
