No! Once your student enrolls in our full-time program, your tuition rate is locked in for as long as they remain with us. New families enrolling in future years may see different rates, but your price will never change as a continuing full-time family. Please note that the price lock applies to full-time enrollment only — à la carte rates are not guaranteed year to year.
Yes! Whether your student is an Emerald or a Diamond, the full program is always $100 per month. Every level's complete subject schedule is included — no hidden fees based on placement.
At the start of each school year, every student completes a reading and math assessment. Gem level placement is based on the reading results, and students are re-assessed every quarter so they are always in the right group as they grow.
There is no registration fee! First month's tuition is due August 1st, and the school year begins August 10th.
We keep our classes intentionally small to ensure every student gets personal attention. Full program enrollment is capped at 25 full-time students total — regardless of gem level. À la carte students are separate from this cap, so full-time spots are never displaced by à la carte enrollment. Once those 25 full-time seats are filled, the full program is closed for that year.
The student portal is your child's home base for everything! They'll have access to their class schedule, Zoom links, assignments, materials, our resource library, and our community prayer wall — all in one place.
Parents have their own dedicated portal login! You'll be able to view your student's class schedule, monitor progress, see upcoming materials, access our resource library, and stay connected through the prayer wall. You'll also receive a printable report card updated every 9 weeks so you always have a clear picture of how your student is growing. We believe the whole family should feel at home in our community!
Great news — the full program includes all of our electives at no extra charge! It's one of the best perks of full-time enrollment. Your student can take any or all elective offerings throughout the year, all covered under the $100/month tuition.
